We are looking for new employees to support us as project managers (m/f/d) to expand our team in project management/supervision of water and wastewater technology as soon as possible!

Alfred Woltering Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG specializes in manufacturing of medium-sized and large CNC precision parts, complex welding-constructions and ready-to-install system components for various industrial sectors. In another, independent business unit, the company is successfully active in the construction of sewage treatment plants. The product range includes all system components in modern sewage treatment plant technology, such as circular and longitudinal scrapers, aeration devices (4th cleaning stage) and pumping stations.

Your tasks:

• The processing of nationwide orders for plant, machine and steel construction as well as pipeline technology on municipal sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and special structures.
• You prepare additional and supplementary offers and are responsible for measuring and determining quantities.
• You are the direct contact person for everyone involved in construction, as well as customers and partner companies.
• You take part in construction meetings on your own responsibility, organize our construction processes, monitor all deadlines and costs and manage the relevant files.

Your profile:

• You have a technical apprenticeship or an academic degree (technician in metal construction / mechanical engineering, engineer, civil engineer or similar)
• Relevant practical experience in your field of action
• Experience in working with the public sector, extensive knowledge of the VOB and municipal procurement
• Assertiveness, persuasiveness and solution orientation
• Independent and precise way of working
• You have the ability to work in a team and have motivational skills
• You work independently and you are willing to take on project responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confident dealing with customers and prospects
